Keep a wary eye on your magic--> active effects, also if the NPC's around you comment that you "arent looking very good" "should go to bed" make sure to check your magic--> Active effects.

If you contract something called Sanguinare Vampiris and you dont want to become a vampire, simply use a cure-disease potion ( many alchemist vendors have these on stock ). Or just head to any temple and use the pedestal to clear you off all diseases.

If you however want to become a vampire, but dont want to become attacked, you should make sure to feed before you reach stage-4 vampirism ( at wich stage you become aggro to everything )
To feed you need a sleeping NPC, which you can then sneak up to and interact with. A feed option should appear.
If you already have a housecarl those are great for feeding, just head to your house, wait for him/her to go to sleep, sneak up and eat up !

Vampirism in Skyrim isnt as awesome as it was in Oblivion/Morrowind though, so I personally didnt enjoy being one.

If you have become a full-fledged vampire, the easiest way to become cured is to head to the Companions in Whiterun and complete the quest up to and including becoming a wherewolf. Wherewolf instantly cures vampirism and makes you immune to all diseases. Otherwise you can find the resto trainer in Winterhold, I believe he starts a questline to find the cure for vampirism.

    Hope this helps!
