I doubt it. As far as I know there haven't been any trainers for any of the X Universe games. I'm not sure whether it's due to the difficulty in making a trainer or due to the variety of cheat scripts available.
I'd suggest you just wait for the cheat package script to be updated and use that. It has far, far more functionality than a trainer*.
You'll find it on the X forums. If you're thinking it'll disable achievements, well, if you're cheating then you aren't really achieving anything yourself, so you shouldn't get them.
*This isn't a complaint or insult towards Cal. It's just that the script has a bucketload of options, many of which I'm not sure would be able to be implemented in to a trainer.
About the cheat package script (tested with the steam version of the game:
latest version of that script (in .spk format) is here:
Link
which needs also the plugin manager which is here:
Link
Steps needed to get this working for albion:
1. install plugin manager in a folder
2. after install go inside that folder and locate
spkexplorer.exe
3. open in spkexplorer the cheatscript.spk
inside the extracted content you will see a lot files
named: script/...........xml
and 4 files named: t/.....xml
3a. Extract the files with folder name script/.....xml
to the gamefolder where x3tc albion is installed
into the folder named addon.
it will extract the script/.....xml files in to addon/scripts
folder in there.
4. Extract the files with folder name t/.....xml
to the gamefolder where x3tc albion is installed
into the folder named addon.
it will extract the t/.....xml files into addon/t
folder in there.
Note:
Albion is a addon for the original x3tc game, and uses its own .exe file to start the game and gets the needed files from the addon folder in the x3tc folder, so be sure you install the cheat script in the addon folder (c:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\x3 terran conflict\addon) and NOT into the scripts and t folder inside the original x3tc main folder (c:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\x3 terran conflict).
Note:
At any rate when you install plugin manager and cheatscript it will install anyway also in the original x3tc game. But to make it work i copied the cheatscript files also into the addon folder which albion uses.
5. To make it work In Game, a few next steps are needed.
a: we will need to activate the (in game script engine)
We do that like this:
b: start albion game, make a new profile named:
Thereshallbewings
c: OR when in game open top left of screen Personal Icon
then advanced > change name, and type in there
Thereshallbewings
This will enable the script editor in game
which is needed to use the cheatscript itself
d: Do a Save Game. And then a Load Game
6. Check in game if we have a cheat option, like this:
a: Press escape key, Controls > interface
scroll down in that list until you see Extensions
within it named 2 cheats:
cheat destruct target [not bound]
cheat open menu [not bound]
b: click on cheat open menu > add control
( give it any key name you like)
(i used for my key F12)
click apply
and you will see in Extensions it now shows:
cheat open menu F12
c: Close Controls window
press F12 key and check if cheat menu shows up.
Note:
As far as i saw by using the cheats everything seems to work
i didnt tried all cheats yet but godmode ,giving items, ships etc. works
happy cheating in albion
