FIFA Manager 12 Message Board  

Anyone know how to start this game in window-mode, not a full screen?
In Football Manager I can do it in options but Fifa Managaer has no such options...
I like to start a new match and do something else on computer like in the Football Manager...
But I prefer Fifa Manager so I ask for help!

windowed=1

But this options did not works well - beacuse it start in window but cursor can't go away from this window, so it starts such as in full-screen mode.
I would like to start in window-mode just like I open folders, browsers, word, etc - when I don't need to switch between programs using alt-tab because I can move mouse anywhere.

hi, hello. if you still need help with this, i know i'm a little late on replying to this, but what you can do to set windowed-mode without fiddlingly with ini files, just right click on the FM12 desktop icon and click on Properties. at the target line, at the end of the command line, add this to it

-windowed

so it will look like this,

"C:\Program Files (x86)\EA SPORTS\FIFA MANAGER 12\Manager12.exe" -windowed

to resize the window, you'll have to set the screen resolution in the options. keep in mind, even though you can now play the game in windowed-mode, you will still have to alt+tab to switch programs. there is no way to have the mouse cursor go away from the window for windowed-mode with this game.
