if i may to make a suggestion
if its possible you guys can build in a check for holidays and free days that are used in the USA, so you can for example let the website up and running, only for downloads and disable new posts , so you guys can have your peace in those days, and also maybe a sticky with some rules about spamming over and over the same questions and demands from users.

I must admit i am a little annoyed at this as well .I as well only registered to get the trainer for anno 2070. It is a shame to retire this game so early on. I fully udnerstand that people are celebrating events with their family. I feel the mjaority of the comments on this game were simply making people aware the trainer had stopped working.
I do however feel it is completly and utterly unprofessional to blow off at the customer base. The majority of which had not been rude at all. It basically stated that CheatsHappen dont give a crap about their customers. As such i will not be re- subbing to cheats happen again.
Cheat Happens does care about their customers. It is not unprofessional to get mad at the customers when the customers are the ones causing the problem. People should not be bothering them about trainers on Holidays.
