I'm Canadian. I got the game during the steam summer sale with all DLC for dirt cheap ($4?). In total I spent nearly a hundred dollars on games during that period and next year I'll probably spend another $100.

Last week Steam was selling GTA4 with all the DLC for $7. If I still hadn't need to play this game, I would've bought that (even though I own the game already), just for the download option through steam and the additional DLCs.

Fallout: New Vegas with all the DLCs now only $5 on steam during their summer sale. Ends today!!
