The stealth option seems somewhat temperamental - it will work fine in open areas when you are not notorious (ie: you can walk up to two guards, kill one and the other will not flinch). However, it seems to fail completely within restricted areas. It also seems to not act consistently when you are notorious, or have any rating in the notoriety meter.
Notoriety reset is temperamental also - sometimes it straight up doesn't work, sometimes it clears the notoriety meter but guards will still attack on sight even in open areas, and sometimes it does as it is meant to. I cannot find any pattern behind the various results.
Finally, none of the inventory item addition options work. I wouldn't have found this a problem but for the issues with the unlimited ammo option (ie: not only not working for, but breaking bombs altogether).
I haven't yet had the opportunity to try the Unlimited Recruit Skill-Points or Increase Mission Time options yet, but the God mode and money addition options work without issue for me. God mode seems to lock the health fairly low on the meter, but that's hardly an issue. Fortunately I haven't, as some mentioned before, had any issues with God mode and the tower defence missions.
If further information or a save-game is desired, I'd be happy to oblige.
I can pretty much verify this. The notoriety reset works unpredictably. The bombs breaking with unlimited ammo also seem to be unpredictable but I'm starting to notice a pattern. I'm not 100% certain on this but I think if you turn it on and then craft new bombs, it'll work. But if you don't craft bombs after activating it, it won't work...
I'm going to do some more experimenting to see if I can work out the exact pattern.
Below is a link to my save file. Due to trainer use, I am unable to craft bombs in ACR v1.01. I tried to do the experiment I said earlier and I couldn't even begin because crafting is out of the question.

The following problems happen.
1: If you dismantle bombs, it works just fine.
2: If you try to make new bombs, you end up with nothing in that slot.
3: If you throw the bombs and then try to craft once you've spent them all, you end up with nothing in that slot.
4: If you dismantle the bombs, force the game to save, quit the game, then reload, the old bombs that were in the inventory are back even though the game saved.
5: If you throw the bombs to spend them all and then force the game to save, then close off the game and reload it, the old bombs are back.
6: If you try to replay a Piri Reis mission to force it to load bombs other than the ones you had when you started, the bombs from Piri Reis cannot be thrown even though it says they are in the inventory.
7: If after trying a Piri Reis replay, you abort, the old bombs are back, even if they were spent or dismantled before.
(edit)
I just got bombs to be craftable again by spending the bombs I had, buying bombs of that slot type from a bomb vendor, spending those bombs, and then crafting.
