Go into MP, (YES MP) don't have trainer running when you do, then it says on bottom right corner, if you have the Steam version then it will almost always be whatever the latest trainer is, or unless there has been a recent update (by this the guys are on the ball here they update quickly so 12 or so hours after a Steam patch for a big title like this you should see an updated version) I know MP and SP have seperate exe's but they update versions of both at same time.
