By the way it would be nice to have "No disasters".

Can't be done as some missions do require it. However just hit the heal building button and bam fire solved.

I can't download the trainer:

"The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable"

The download is working for me. Please ensure your AV settings are set accordingly (whitelist cheat happens and its trainers) and clear your internet cache and logout then login again.

wait so is this trainer retired? a new patch for the game just came out today. and you don't have a trainer of that version yet.

The trainer isn't working on patch 1.02 yet by me. Is it me only?

It's not just you, the update was significant enough to break the trainer. I'm sure they'll get to making an update when they can.
