Did you check the trainer troubleshooting page?

Trainer does work, but you'll have to push F1 (continuously) for a while.

some games are now polling F1 for various reasons, which may affect your ability to press F1 on certain computers. simply run the trainer, run the game, alt-tab out to windows desktop press F1 to activate the trainer, then alt-tab back in to the game if this is the case-
