I'm looking for the Dragon Shout in Shriekwind Bastion, but I get led to a dead end wall with three chains (the middle one closes the door to the room I'm in, the other two seem to do nothing). Even Clairvoiance leads me right to this wall. Out of frustration I clipped out of the map, and there is nothing behind the wall. Is there some trick to the chains that causes a map transition or is part of the map missing?

There are chains on the wall behind the chest in the south chamber. It's the one on the left.

My bad, it's the one on the right. The Prima guide says left. It's on the right, though. It opens the gate that the handles in the middle circle don't open.

I had this happen as well. The clairvoyance spell and map pointer thing make you think you should go through the wall with the three chains. In fact, the way you should go begins back at the north entrance. No wait, I think it's the south entrance. Inside the bastion, it is more north on the local map, but on the exterior map I think it is the south entrance. From there, go into the part of the map on the left, the west part. It continues and sort of intertwines with the other section so they overlap on the map.
