Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim Message Board  

Im not sure, I know I found 2 down in the catacombs, but I bet that is where I found a new shout.

Then the missing vessel is in the catacombs because i only found 1 there. Well, i guess the shout is in a room after the door locked by the claw so I don't know what i'm supposed to do...
This quest is getting on my nerves.

I honestly cant remember the order to open the door now. Though i do believe (but don't quote me) that the third symbol (click the symbol twice from start) is the top one. The others would just be a matter of trial and error. I've found similar puzzles out on the mountains which don't related to any active quests so i just trial and error my way in.

Sorry to go offtopic but where exactly do I get this quest?

I need the 2nd part of a shout which is in a dungeon but I need this quest to get in.

"Valthume in The Reach. Requires dungeon quest ‘Evil in Waiting’."

EDIT: found it, for those in need,just go into Valthume and a ghost gives it to you.

EDIT1: The one with the claw. outer ring is flamingo,middle i cant remember, inner is i think wolf.

im stuck on this quest too. im at the part with the iron claw and i know the order of symbolsfrom outside to inside is dragon-bird-wolf. so i put in this combo and it wont let me use the keyhole. im stuck choosing from moving the middle and outside pieces only. it there some sort of pattern i have to use or is my game just messed up. any help would be sweet. i have been stuck on this for a solid hr.

Sounds like i'm not the only one who has problems with that stupid door.
I spent 3 hours searching for a solution but didn't find anything so i think i'm gonna give up...

It's just a matter of trial and error, While i'm sure there are probably clues somewhere as to what the correct code is. I always just start the decode process myself.

Just have a little patience ^_^

Sorry if this has already been answered but I'm having troubles finding the claw. I understand how it works with the door, I just can't find it. Any ideas are appreciated
