I wasn't sure what I should post this under, and I was too lazy to look at the 80+ pages of comments for any information on this, but: When I download the latest trainer, and trust me I've downloaded it about 7-9 times, and got the same result, I get the readme file only!. No trainer just the readme file. am I supposed to use an older version or does the SE version work for both versions of Skyrim? or is this a hiccup? just asking to get some clarity here. not sure why there would be an empty trainer download.
Have you tried a different browser? Whitelisted/ excluded our website in your security software? -> *.cheathappens.com
Have you tried a different program for the extraction of the zip file?
latest trainer gave me a warning that there was a virus on my system. Malwarebytes found it and removed it.
Any chance to get this working and updated? its clearly doesn't and is dated back to 10 years ago...
Your antivirus or security product is falsely identifying our trainer or DRM as a virus or Trojan. All of our files are 100% safe and it is typical for some security products to block trainer injections. Please see our antivirus warning page for more information. You can either whitelist the trainer in your security product settings, temporarily disable the software or uninstall it and find a product that does not routinely flag our trainers as false positives. Please note that no two trainers are alike. We use different injection methods and security templates all the time. Some or none may be detected and then suddenly one might be. Rest assured these files are safe.
Extract trainer and make sure trainer/launcher/editor is in a folder excluded from virus scans. Empty quarantine folder if needed or set anything trainer related (paths and EXE's) to ALLOW. Disable any Live/Active/Real-Time tools which may trigger false positives in security software which may terminate the game/trainer when it's activated or options used.

may need to be added to exclusions as well. Run trainer as admin, read the instructions and try again.

With my malware av, I manually activated it. Reason being is I started Skyrim, then started the trainer. It popped the window up, and hit F1 to activate. Then the trainer window disappeared, couldn’t find it. Tried running it again and it said an error and something about it not finding the file. The file had deleted itself from the directory I’d put it in. It was then I ran the malware and it was then it had removed the file.
I don’t have any av running in the background - it has to be manually started. Regardless however, the few minutes I had it running, none of the cheats on it worked. Unencumbered, unlimited health, unlimited stamina - none of em worked.
the cause of that is usually because you haven't set the anti-virus exclusions
