Don't know, I went back to Napoleon for now. These guys have done thier best to accomodate this game, only to get updated 2 weeks later. I love the game, not the constant heartache it comes with though. I blame CA for this one, too much dlc's that should of came with the vanilla version. $$ hungry, it will be thier downfall.

Nope, works for me. Even Multiplayer is pretty stable, played a a very long campaign with a friend just yesterday.

Only the AI's and their infinite income is just ridiculous.

Yep, same here started CTD yesterday, no trainer in Shogun 2 campaign. Tried Oda and Date both CTD within 6 turns.

Also tried to play with steam offline, still CTD

I'm getting it. It always seems to crash after ending the turn during Winter.

I have to load the game up and go from Winter to Spring without the trainer. Annoying, and I can't figure out what the problem could possibly be.

I'm still getting ctd. Mostly when i tried to open diplomatic or clan option. Whenever a new unit first created where they showed fmv of the units profile also crashed. Occasionally during the end of turn. this crashes occur with or without the trainer running. So i think its not the trainers problem but the game itself. Not sure how to fix that. if anyone got any information for the solution pls reply. thanks

I had many CTD's with this game.

What i did was updating/downgrading if you will my Microsoft Visual C++ back to version: Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package (x64].

Note: i'm using windows 7 x64.
Note 2: I didn't update any Visual C++ from the windows update services anymore and now my problems with this game are solved!
