Unfortunately the patch has done nothing for my game as it still looks blocky and crashes if I change the settings at all.
I'll probably leave it uninstalled until a full overhaul can be done for the game and all ATI/AMD graphics card users.
Until then the other upcoming games i.e. Batman Arkham City and Skyrim will be something to look forward to.
Hopefully without the same headaches that Rage had!

ingame vsync option working for anyone else? I can turn it on ingame but the game doesn't seem to remember that I turned it on.

Anyone have similar problem like me with the console? After patched game, commands godmode and infiniteammo didn't work. What the hell?

if you have nvidia card just open nvidia settings and in game profiles force vsync in game this sux ..

The patch fixed in a quite big chunk of data almost what can be fixed in a few lines. Laughable. But I give them a pink star if they fixed the character chrono-phase.
