The Error says " The application has failed to start because its side-to-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail." 🤔 I have it on Windows XP Comp. mode, and Run as Admin.

Oh! That's a problem with your MS Visual C++ redistributable installation. That has happened to me before long ago on other apps. Try resinstalling C++ redistributable package.

You can google the error and get a proper solution.

I got it, had to get the Chinese version of C++.
