First of all,i have an Irrigation and Landscape development comp,i have many employees and many more customers,so i know how annoying and aggravating customers can be.They want there product or what ever it is that they have payed for as soon as they hand you there money,and rightfull so,after all it is there hard earned money.However,im also a family man with a wife,3 kids etc, and i have to draw the line between buisness time and family time.I have customers call me at all hours and expect me to drop what im doing and rush right over or call an employee,expect them to drop what ever there doing,and rush right,to only get there and find out thats it something that could have waited until the next buisness day.Im not taking CH's side,im just saying i understand both sides.I have had my membership for a year now,and my son has had his for over two years,and i can honestly say that nethier my self nor my son has had to wait more then 3 or 4 days for an updated trainer.I cant expect Pwiz or Calibur,or anyone at CH to set by a computer 24/7 and wait for Steam or CA to release a patch every 10 mins.They have allways deliverd,it wasnt allways in my perfect timing,but they eventually did and still do.Now to anyone with a smart!@# comment to this post,like i said im not taking sides with anyone here,im just a reansonable person who looks at both sides...YES you paid for a product and service,RELAX youll get it.....
