I know money does not give anyone a free pass to be a jerk but I did not expect the persons managing this site to take such a hard stance on the FIFA trainer just because a couple persons argued with them on the state f the trainer that was released.

Please remember that this is a business and if you want to be successful, you cannot alienate a whole group of players just because a few persons broke rules...

Here's the deal.

Your membership does not mean that a trainer will be made for any specific game, much less EVERY game and certainly not every patch for every game until the end of time. We make the trainers that WE want and your membership gives you the privelege of downloading those trainers. We have a limited staff with a limited budget and we try and produce as many trainers and updates as possible every month. Now, if you and everyone else would like to pay somewhere around $300.00/year for membership instead of $40.00/year then we can hire more staff and support more games. However, since people already complain that our prices are "outrageous" as they are, I don't see this happening anytime soon.

We took time to make a trainer for this game and then we were immediately lambasted because some readme file wasn't exactly right or some option didn't work like it was supposed to. What this tells us is that our time would be much better spent on games and updates that people actually appreciate.

We will come back to this title once every other item on our to-do list is completed. There are currently 10 items in front of this one, not including whatever games patch between now and then.

I understand your position Pwizard, but this kind of case is rather the very bad publicity for you. Me personally I have to renew my subscription at the end of the year, and I ask myself if I really am going to do since only the football games and car interests me in terms of trainers ...
Personally I've never criticized your work, on the contrary I always found that you were super fast on updates and trainers games out , I had already talk here that I was also very happy with m be registered, but it sanctioned a community of serious members.

Well kiddies, if you act like Kiddies and think you deserve everything, and before you say you don't you clearly do. Then expect the backlash.

People don't appreciate that they are not the only customer on this site, there is other games new and patched to be done also. Games are not always the same they can differ from region and from distribution type.

People today have no patience or decency to actually report things correctly, its cry cry cry cry if something didn't go as expected or they didn't even bother their lazy asses to read a text file correctly to see how it works. And its cry cry cry cry when they don't get what they want also, and instead of being polite and calm and discuss things rationally they come off aggressive which nobody will take notice of and will have the opposite effect they wanted.

Also as said when paying for an unlimited account there is no contractual guarantee you will get a trainer how you want it or for whatever game. People need to look at the big picture and realise they cannot control everything.

Everyone comes from different backgrounds and cultures, and they also have different personalities. It's hardly that no one complains in a way that may seem rude when something that they had high hope for disappoints because there are so many people out there. Because this is a paid site after all, people also expect more when there are people out there making trainers for free.

I think the following quote "by the way, this game IS the old game with new player roster and minimal graphics update. best i can tell you bought fifa 2010 and it's just updated minimally and renamed... don't blame me for making the same trainer options for the 'same' game (which is basically what it is)..." also got people fired up because his claim wasn't so true. He also said the trainer wasn't appreciated in current form but he didn't have any plan to improve to trainer, rather, he escaped from problems completely and said he would move on to other trainers. People are of course angry with this kind of attitude.

If he said he would correct from this kind of mistake, the outcome would be completely different. People would take time to appreciate your effort. They would take time to think about it, not blinded by rage.

Finally, if you don't like what I said, please don't be angry because that was just an opinion. I am not forcing you to be whatever kind of person or do whatever.

You forgot that people were raging before Cal said anything, and thats the people who cause problems.

Yeah people pay for an account, but again.... that doesn't mean you are guaranteed a trainer with 20 options or a trainer for X or Y game. Sure there is people who do it for free that is up to them, but among those who do for free do you get the same amount of updates and do you get the same amount of new releases for new games?

No. And you have to realise its only mostly Caliber doing the trainers, and they aren't a 30 minute job that some people think they are to do. And some options are difficult and time consuming that you are lucky at all to get them in any form.

Background and cultures don't come into this debate, since you can be from any one of them to be rude and impolite and impatient.

Listen people... and listen closely...

Sure we pay for the privelidge of being members and being able to download trainers that:

Not only work beautifully, generally, but also are made with the player in mind. I've used many other trainers that give certain values to the AI as well.

Also, this was ONE game, did you hear that - ONE game only that they tried to put a trainer out for quickly just to get us going. And what happened, they got flamed...


If I knew more about making trainers I'd be offering my services to help this community not crying because ONE trainer didn't work right the first time.

I can guarentee that the next release of the trainer will work as it should, can't wait...

First off... I never complain about any trainer. I fully understand the workings and I know that we are not paying for the true price of the service... but that's supply and demand... and right now the market dictates that the prices are what they are currently... All I'm saying is that the way Cal and you Wizard acted was like well EVERYONE will have to suffer now because some dude ****ed us off... and oh, btw... we MAY NOT even make the trainer, just to spite you!

This whole episode came off very bad because technically this is a business, and saying things like that can never benefit a business
