I know that the good and back street doors and the campus doors open after certain levels have been achieved. But I do not know of any cheat codes. Hopefully that helps.

censor bars can be removed once the game is beaten with 269 bonus coins, go to menu, locate extras, find bonus options, there you can enable naughty and nude mode.
