As that article states, I really miss the days when games were FINISHED when they were released. Personally, I'd rather wait and play a finished game than get a half finished one a month earlier...

Oh boy, another day where we get 2 patches less than 6 hours apart. Can you say IDIOTS that should probably be working at a fast food restaurant rathen than coding games?

They are even worse then our companies developers and QA. Every release we find so many bugs during release night (website), which some have to be fixed immediatly and then another 50 or more bugs in the 1 week following the release. It is really sad.

Looks like its a very revolutionary & innovative business method in gaming industry nowadays to use their customer as free QA & game tester to test their game so the company can then fix it... better too, they even pay the company just to test their rushed product & ensure its have fewer bugs Since testing the game will cost more bucks & times too apparently then fixing it...
Surely, it wong be long when all of many games dev choose to release their alpha or beta testing game to be masked as gold, to be tested by their customers... so they can save money to hire QA & game tester & then try to fix it from their customer input & feedback... of course, the consequence will be a flood of patches & fixes
Releasing so many patches showing that there are many bugs... then wth their QA doing then during production ?
