Numpad 1: Gold - press key to add Gold while on main map
Numpad 2: Food - press key to add Food while on main map
Numpad 3: Hero XP - double Click the army holding the Hero, and then click on the Hero
portrait. Press key to add XP and then click the portrait again. You should
have more XP.
Numpad 4: Hero Ability Points - double Click the army holding the Hero, and then click on the Hero
portrait. Press key and then click the portrait again. You should
have more.
Numpad 5: Hero Skill Points - double Click the army holding the Hero, and then click on the Hero
portrait. Press key and then click the portrait again. You should
have more.
Numpad 6: Hero Super Powerful - double Click the army holding the Hero, and then click on the Hero
portrait. Press key and then click the portrait again. Your Hero's HP and damage is huge.
Numpad 7: Hero Mega Mana - double Click the army holding the Hero, and then click on the Hero
portrait. Press key and then click the portrait again. Your Hero's Mana pool is huge.
Numpad 8: Refill Army Ranks - double Click the army holding the Hero, and then click on the unit
portrait. Press key and then click the portrait again. You should
have more. You can use this on the battle screen just before you enter battles as well.
Numpad 9: Mega Army - double Click the army holding the Hero, and then click on the unit
portrait. Press key and then click the portrait again. You should
have more. You can use this on the battle screen just before you enter battles as well.

Excellent as always...

for me it doesn't work...

Crashes steam version of the game, but you can get around the crash partially by runnig it when you're on the field but it will crash once you go to the map play area.

how do I use the no-cd fix?

You need to download one, put it somewhere in the directory the game is installed.
