To be honest I'd suggest you should wait about 3 days between trainer updates in general. Nobody expects you to bring out a trainer for every single patch.

Better go that route and you got more ressources to support those games in a longer term.

The game crash when I press F1
Uninstall and reinstall the game but same effect

Please read the thread to find out the game has been patched again and the trainer will not be updated due to rapid-fire updates.
