In all honesty it feels like a ****ty console port to me. First time I had to break a door down it told me to use the right joystick, and then after I went in to the options menu it started saying to use the mouse.

I dunno, it just feels like they did a bad job with the PC version. I can't speak to the console versions tho.

I have to wait and see. So far I would have given it a 1 for what I have seen. Since, they are going to try and correct it. I will try and be patient and hope for the best. The idea sounded great, but with the console dev version installed on my system right now. I am not a happy camper.

Complete garbage, I thought Deus Ex ran bad at release. This give a whole new meaning to FUBAR.

Its a really great game.

Imagine L4D but with an open world and RPG elements.


They really screwed up though, and whatever they added to the patch has pretty much made the game unplayable now.

Large amounts of stuttering and most likely a memory leak.

kinda sad, but once they fix everything its gonna be a great game.

it think its a great game, i don't see why so many people are saying its so horrible. Its got great graphics, awesome dmg system, and uniqueness that is hard to find in zombie games.



I think the people so upset about this game are the ones that from the get-go, thought the game would revolutionize gaming, and offer some explanation for our existence, if not teach us how to fly.



If that is the case...then your disappointed, but i think it's a solid fun game.



p.s. the secret to flying is to throw yourself down on the ground and miss.

I'm ****ed because my rig laughs at it's recommended requirements and the game won't run properly. They' FUBARED the release, there's no excuses for that, they failed.

I installed the game today, updated it, and haven't had any problems. I typically run it around 70fps and my processor is REALLY outdated. I don't know why people are saying it runs like crap, I haven't experienced any of that. I have the settings maxed and at 1920x1080 resolution.

Specs:
Intel Core2Duo 2.93ghz
6gb Ram
Radeon HD 5770 1gb
Windows 7
Old as hell HDD

There must be a problem with certain PC builds. I do get some dips, but nothing serious.

Here's the HONEST truth about the game...

It's a console game. Plays like a console game. Rather boring. Waste of $50.00 People should wait until it's down to $19.99. That way you'll save $30.00 and get a game that's patched and playable. All these idiots today hype these games up so much and slap a $50.00 price tag on a beta (sometimes alpha stage) product that are not yet finished and certainly not worth $50.00.

The "win-win" option for those who haven't already wasted their hard earned money is like I said. Just wait a little longer for it to get fixed and for the price to drop. It's just not worth it. The PC gaming market is all but ruined at this point. The developers are too focused on the big money the console crowd has to shell out. So we, the PC crowd, get screwed each and every single time. Well, I'm sick of it.

And I bet that Skyrim will be a console port as well. As much as the thought of that makes me want to vomit all over myself, I know that's what's going to happen, and so do you, but you just don't want to admit it. The thought is just too sickening.

The saying is "Fool me once - shame on you. Fool me twice - shame on me!" Yet this is about the 1 millionth time I've been duped into wasting money and falling for all the hype and pretty trailers and pictures on the net. Then I waste $50.00 on the game and feel like pulling my hair out because I feel ripped off. Well, no more. I'm done. I'm either going to go buy a console and become a button-mashing retard or I'm going hoist up the ole Jolly Roger and become a pirate - people I used to despise because I (at one time) believed they hurt the gaming market (so says the developers). But now, I'm tired of the gaming market hurting me! And the developers have never offered an explanation for that. They just take my money and laugh all the way to the bank knowing THEY pirated ME!
