Can't get 100% despite calling my disciples on all targets. On the second set, the disciples throw knives and that prevents the sync. Tried Arrow Storm too. Any thoughts or tips?

i got a 100 percent game by a mircale what i did was simple stay close to the targets but not seen and then call in the assassins but problem is i get a failed 100 percent mission because of some odd bug but this has work for me as well.
