Just got the new update for the game, downloaded the new trainer but once i hit F1 at the main menu

Trainer sound problem

Regarding the Trainer 1.1.622.0, God Mode, Super Armor, Unlimited En....

Just got the new update for the game, downloaded the new trainer but once i hit F1 at the main menu the trainer says "activated" over and over again. I have to hold down "alt" to make it stop. Any ideas?
