im having the same problem.. i activate the trainer and the buildings cost 999999999... is there a way to correct this?

activate the trainer option only at the start of the session where you see your money, with no other game windows open, etc.

if you must give yourself more money then I'd save, and then close the game and then restart and give yourself the money right at the beginning.

I have no other suggestions other than be careful when using the option to prevent it from affecting other things

Tropico 4 was just released on GOG.com, but the trainer crashes the game when Mega Money is triggered. I also own the Steam version and it works fine for that. Game version appears to be the same as Steam. Is it possible to tweak your trainer to work on the GOG.com version too? Please PM me if I can provide any more information.

What is the point if you already own the Steam version and it works fine? Just use the trainer and Steam version of game.

Oh because the GOG version had a complete DLC pack for $5, so it has more DLC than what I have on Steam. Anyway, the trainer is now crashing my steam version too so it must be something else on my end. Don't worry about it, I'll just play as intended.

got the gog version and I can vouch that it doesn't work for that version of the game
