Get to the city screen and run the mission. Then activate the trainer (F1) and press 1. First the trainer will yell "trainer cannot find game", it's normal. Continue your game and after a few seconds it will say "activated". Now press 1 again and you should get one more minute. From now on the trainer works until you close the game. The trainer has to find the adresses every time so be patient. Option 1-5 and 7 will work.

Just thought I'd mention that this crashes on authentication every time. Using Windows 8 64bit.
