I did exactly as the directions stated and nothing happened! I hear a voice trainer activated and i hear option 1 activated but nothing actually changes! I just read my game version is 1.6 and trainer is 1.605 will that cause problems? Please help! Thanks!
Ok i updated game to correct game version as trainer v1.605 and....... IT STILL DOESNT WORK! NONE OF THE KEYS do anything! I'm not sure what else to try ive done everything even the save game with name test and its like im playing with nothing any ideas guys????? It would be nice if i could get this to work i did just pay a lifetime membership for this trainer,Ok i guess i'll wait and see if anyone has anything or ideas that work! Thanks!

Take a peak at the trainer page and you will see, most likely, why the trainer is not working...

Are you telling me when they retire a trainer it will no longer work?????? After it took me all day to find an upgrade for the game? The trainer and game version are an exact match now! I think i found another way thru an alt source maybe it will take me all night to find out.in the mean time,I really hope this is not the case with retired trainers. I'm getting very disappointed, ive been here less than a day! the other trainer i got was useless!It was for 60 seconds but it dont work with windows vista which is what i have! ugh! But im a patient person i will find a way i always do! be it now,tommorow or 5 years from now Thanks for your reply vlad!
No I am not telling you that "when they retire a trainer it will no longer work? Once they retire a trainer they simply put no more work into it.
You asked if anyone had any ideas why you can't get it to work, and that is probably the problem. The game has probably received an update at some point that was not necessarily a change in "version number". Since this game was a pain, it received no more updates. So if the dev's did one minor patch after the game was retired, it could have borked the trainer.
Possibly it could be that you have Windows Vista. Personally I would be more worried about having that than worrying about a trainer (just kidding). Seriously though, on the trainer download page it clearly states that the trainer is compatible with: Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1, Windows 10. So don't even know if it would run on your OS.
If you are absolutely desperate to play the game with a trainer, you will have to find an older version to download and try the different trainers. I have successfully done this myself on an occasion or two.
On a side note...
SPAZ was a suprisingly fun game. I sank 85hrs into it. 😄

Also as Caliber mentioned a few posts above yours, the game has built in cheat codes.
Press ALT+F7 to open the cheat menu.
