Annoying Red Flashing Problem

After you take alot of damage you don't die with trainer unlimited health,but I get a constant red flashing screen.Anyone else have this problem? Maybe we need a reset damage function.

That is called: "bleeding". just press V and it will go away.

Thanks I some how missed that in the keyboard layout menu,would have been nice if Steam had just a quick reference manual for this game.The tutorials are nice but I still like having a basic function manual to go by.
