When I start the trainer from the main menu it goes nuts and keeps saying Off, on, off , on and so

Regarding the Mega Trainer (Patch #7 STEAM), Super Health, Super Ammo, No Reload....

When I start the trainer from the main menu it goes nuts and keeps saying Off, on, off , on and so on over and over. Ive ran a ton of trainers before and this is the first one that has done this to me. Does anyone have any ideas?
