Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Message Board  

Hi all... When playing the "rescue Flynn" mission or No Man Left Behind, I cannot get the game to recognize when I have killed all the enemies from the mountaintop so I can go down into the camp and rescue the helicopter pilot Flynn. There are nine guys and I killed them all about 20 times. I have recently built a new computer and I have finished this mission before so I know where I'm going and all that. I had this problem once before on the old computer, but I think there was a patch or something and it fixed it. Now I have the latest Steam version and am using it with the latest "trainer" from here, which works fine in all other scenarios so far. How can I get the game to recognize that the beginning of the mission is complete and go down and rescue Flynn? Is there a "cheat" that will open up all the missions even if I haven't played them on this computer? I still have the old drive from the last computer so maybe I could hook it up and load the missions completed file if I knew where that was. Can anyone help me?

Hmmm... I guess few people are still playing this game. Not a peep outta anyone so far. Still, I have faith! SOMEONE will have the answer to this dilemma and allow me to fix my little problem... hopefully!

Well... never mind. I went back a couple of scenes and somehow that fixed it. I was able to finally advance into the camp and recover my pilot. Regrettably, things go wrong for him later anyway Oh well!
