hello guys this is my first topic here i am new here. so i am kinda confused and want to know if adding more RAM to my PC would improve my FPS ( Frames Per Second ) in game, my pc specs :
Video card : Nvidia Geforce 9500 GT (1 GB) CPU : Intel core 2 duo @ 2.93 RAM : 2 GB HDD : 500 GB
Is my ram enough for gaming coz i actually get some lags in GTA : EFLC and few other games, i hope you can help me

Depends..
If your Windows is a 32bit OS, then you will only get 1GB more in RAM (although you probably wont get the full 1GB), anymore and it will be wasted.
If its 64bit (not sure what windows you have) then you can have more.
But I would say you would be best to get a new GPU, that would be able to cope with GTA4 etc. Look at a 460 at least.

Oh and Don't forget some tuts on ASM and defeating DMA

my OS is Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit, and about my GPU i know it's old but new ones are too expensive and there are not much difference between mine and new GPUs .

Far as I know getting a sound card can help improve fps on games since it takes less stress off the motherboard.I could be wrong on that though.
