Regarding the Mega Trainer 2.65.1, Instant Divine Gift Cooldowns, Inst....

I activate the trainer everything else works fine but the gold. I turn it on and it say on but my gold doesn't change and i cant buy anything. please help.

Unusual, I know with Fallen Angel I hadn't a problem at all, don't have Ice and Blood to check it out.

Obviously firstly make sure the patch installed for the game matches the number shown for the trainer

Try going to a merchant, and go to buy something, but before buying an item press the option key and then buy, or before you sell something press the option key and obviously wait till it says activated.

It should go up.

Failing that, since the game is oldish now the game may very well not get updated or fixed now, try the previous patch to the game instead of the latest if you can and then try the trainer associated with the patch.

i have solved the unlimited money unable to work issue
do the following steps exactly
1) move everything ( your characters ) in this directory c:users/your name/saved games/Ascaron Entertainment/sacred 2 to another directory
2) delete everything in this directory
3) start the cheat
4) start a new game and it will ask you to select new character
5) setup your character and begin the game
6) once in game, activate the cheat
7) press num 2 and you should hear and see the millionare achievement milestone ( only this confirms that unlimited money is valid )
8) repeat 1 for other characters, you can rename the saved game number to avoid naming conflict or go to cheat happen saved game director to download the characters that i have test this with

theres a MUCH easier and usefull way. start your game log in your toon..THEN press F1...hit esc to open your options..THEN hit num 2 you will get the millionaire achiev and be able ot use all the shown gold
