anybody knows how to unlock the colors 11 & 12 for all the characters? (except yang, yun, oni & evil ryu)

In theory it should have been unlocked if you had a SF4 savegame in the system, but it doesn't seem to work.
We'll have to find another way, maybe by using CoSMOS.

yeah is just a matter of time. one way or another hackers will find a way to make a CoSMOS unlocker like they did with SF4

Meh, I found the addresses responsible for it, and the costumes are unlocked when I put them to 1, but the game crashes!

EDIT: I was able to unlock it without crash!
Now I just need to understand how can I build a ssf4+number table, being that the game keeps changing addresses at every run and I can share the table.
