How in the nine hells do you get the achievement for stomping a enemy's head of????????????? I just can't get it right.

When you jump on an enemy's head you deal like 1 or 2 damage, so you need to weaken the enemy until they have a fraction of health and then jump on them. Its much easier at lower levels.
