Yup, the trainer keeps on crashing the game. Perhaps, the girl from F3AR is making it happen.
the way the game works and the trainer works, it might be good to turn off options between levels or if you retry a checkpoint, etc.
turning on the trainer options BEFORE you enter levels will have no effect and could also cause crashes. I played two entire chapters with the trainer active with no problems.

i am also having issues with the super health, I have followed instructions in the read me and troubleshooting guide, and i still take damage from small arms fire, explosives, and still die.
i would need to have the level you are on. it would be useful to have a savegame and where the savegame goes, as well.
likely all you need to do if you see yourself taking damage, is to turn the option off and then back on.
also, please note that the trainer was created with Steam version of the game and the version number listed on the trainer is within the .exe properties.
also note that the game has a bajillion scanners/protections/anti cheat that make creating trainers for these games ridiculous.
