Roger on it not working at all with the Origin version. Understood if you don't feel the need to work on it, but if you do; here's what I know.
Options do nothing that I can see, and after a bit (possibly involving the alt-tabbing I do, though it never happens with the trainer not running) I get a "This software has been modified or tampered with. The game will now exit. Please install original software." message - which kind of ****es me off in general. I bought the damn game, I'll do what I want. Anyway, that's followed by what (I'm guessing) is a general virtual function call error, blah blah, it crashes.
Like I said, if it's not a high enough priority to figure it out, understood. Look at it this way - games that are on Origin aren't on Steam anymore, so it's still the same number of release methods.
this would indicate that your .exe has actually been tampered with or is not the original .exe or something is writing to your .exe. the trainer is created in such a way that your .exe is left as it is, so i have no idea what your problem is. if you attach debuggers or disassemblers or try to use CoSMOS on this game you will get problems like you describe.
as pwiz said earlier, the every .exe that was sent to us has matched the .exe we used to make the trainer, so the trainer works with all the versions we have been sent so far.

I thought that the only people I've seen send .exe's have been having problems with retail boxed copies. Either way, I can promise you with at least 98% certitude that nothing on my computer is messing around with it - week-old Windows install, no AV, yadda yadda. Either way, I'll send over my .exe just for giggles. It's worth noting that since I technically got the Alice Collection or whatever it's been called, the folder structure for the game is significantly different, and I don't know if that carries over to a drastically different .exe or not.
Either way I'll send it in, and either it'll get looked at or it won't - I'll be fine either way.
no idea if i saw your .exe but our trainer has been updated to the origin .exe which also corresponds to certain 'other' versions of this game.
pwizard will post the updated trainer shortly-
