I must be overlooking something. I cant get any of the features to work with this game. I opened it in admin mode. F1 says trainer activated. each function says activated but nothing happens. My vitality still goes down etc. Steam has updated the game for me and Im using mega trainer 1.2.6276.44681. What am I missing?

Trainer isn't made for steam version. You will have to wait for an update.
