Like to see an update too...
The 1.0.4.1 trainer is not working properly with the current steam version. Limiting damage doesn't seem to work at all. Taking the same amount of gunfire damage as before. Also didn't notice anything on the super throttle cheat, but didn't test it for a very long time. The other cheats looks like they are working though.
