I can't figure out how to handle the Harpy Contract quest. I consulted the guide, but it didn't help me. I researched harpies, got harpy traps, found the nests, and killed countless amounts of them, but I can't figure it out. This is the only quest/mission I've been stuck on. I eventually gave up and just continued on to Act 3, but I still would like someone to explain it to me.

You have to set the harpy traps. They will then pick it up and carry it to their nest.

Fight harpies in old quarry.Place traps there during fight regular harpies will take trap and fly to nest 3 or 4 nest in quarry rest in dream cave.
