C/H are brilliant at what they do, and luckily Caliber has not been put off with the constant patches.
To be fair to Shogun 2 though they did patch it to DX11 with other tweaks, so not all the patches have been wasted. It's startling that games like Commandos 2 work infallible without patches despite how old they are, yet new games with more resources and a better budget need constant patching and always seem to take something away during the process, as with the Shogun 2 and Fallout 3 patches although both awesome games.

No none of the patches have been a waste of time other than the fact, they should have been there from the start.

A game in this day and age of hardware/software technology and they failed to put in the gfx enhancing features..

Look at the last 5 releases from major game developers and you'll see that everyone of those games have been 75% or worse when they hit the stores.. It's a sad time we live in. No care for quality.

I can honestly say, with all these new games with their constant patches, i would have given up by now. CH are providing us with a service, no other can match.! I love you guys.

In patch 3444 they also added the DLC.

The retail version was just not a finished product. I find that pretty weak.

I honestly think nowadays that they do this on purpose to **** off all the modders/single player cheaters (US!!!) as well as some multiplayer cheaters. I'm going to a different game for a few weeks, tired of always having to re-edit my units with the editor oly to come back in a week or so to have to redo everything again. I feel your pain guys @CH!!! You guys are true pro not ranting on like we do!!!
If you can't say it face to face, don't say it here!!
