There has been alot of talk ,but if you own more than one home ,you CAN repair all homes at once, basicly zoom out to the map, and look around until it offers the "repair all" option. I assume you need to own alot of homes or rent them out. for 360, repair all is RB

Though i agree, i didnt read the manual. Why you ask, because i'm a man! I dont need instructions! muahaha..
no seriously, i got my pc copy from steam ,so there is no box, hence no manual. Some people dont own the manual due to digital download.

Games for Windows version had a link to a manual. I downloaded it, but haven't looked in it. Why? I'm a man; what more would you expect?

There is a manual included with the steam version as well, just browse to the install directory & open up the pdf & voila. JSYK, they've written it in 6 different languages.
