When I log into the game, it starts me out as a new game and immediately makes an auto saved game, so I can't load a former save. All my saves are auto. I've gone so far I hate to start over, and I don't even know if this will happen again. Any solution anyone can think of?

I can't get to support or to the forums. I show as logged in but then I'm asked to fill out a form to join. If I fill out the form, it tells me I'm already a member, but I still can't join the forum. I called Microsoft and they just referred me to support, which I can't access because of the same above problem.

Do you mean you actually have saves and can't get to them, or you don't have saves because it won't let you?

If you have saves, you can access the Save Room by pressing P to bring up the menu, followed by Game Management, then Load.

I found my saves in my documents. They are all auto saves. And I know I did a manual save. When I log in, the game always starts a new game, and then does an auto save. So, if I got to the room (whatever it's called) where I can use game management, the only save I can access is the one the game just made when I logged in, as a new game.

I know it's confusing, and very hard to explain. It's crazy save method the game has.

Oooh that sounds like a ground hog day thing. Are you able to change the name of the save file? like would the save room be able to pick it up as a different name raher than just the auto save name? I havent messed with saved games yet but I'd like to know these things for when I finished the game and start a new one. Also I read you can gift things from one character to another.. not sure how that works either.

What think is happening is that you ahve not gotten far enough into the game for it to do an autosave past the very begining of the game. My advice is start the game from the begining and when you want to quit press F5 to do a quick save. What this will do is not only save the game but when you start the game again you will continue the game from where you did the quick save with the F5 key. I hope this helps.

i ran into this, just goto save room and keep hitting RT or RB (or corosponding KB keys) and they should start to cycle thru, seems the pads where your character stands, all 5 are slated for the current hero, cycle to next 5 for hero 2 and so on.
