Here is my question i cannot find an answer to. I beat the game, and all the way kept minimum 6.5 million in treasury ok. then when it skilled to 1 day until the battle, that money dissapeared and i only had like 1 or 2 million left. i was like.. oh ****..

    so factors..

factor 1. all through my reign before the final battle, it always showed, projected casualties, zero.

factor 2. alot of money dissapeared, was it being used so everyone would survive?

factor 3. when beating the game, theresa said i won with virtually no casualties.. yeah, thanks theresa for that non descript line.. I WANT MY DADS SPIRE BACK YOU HAG!

    and lastly.

factor 4. The tough love achievement popped up saying i saved the maximum ammount of people. So my frickin question is here... how do i know if all 6.5million survived hmm? I cant find any statistic or anything and there are less statistics than fable 2.

So any help here guys? I want to find out how many casualties there were.

You should have lost 1 gold for every Civilian that you saved.

That's what the cost of paying your guards and all the upgrades, etc would be for the battle.

If you lost 6.5 million gold.. you saved them all.

Money in this game is so easy to get once you can start buying property it's not even funny. (At least on the Xbox version that is)

I used CoSMOS to set the treasury and my personal account at nearly 800 million. When the last day arrived I still had over 750 million in the treasury and no casualties.

Guess I can't really answer your question after doing what I did.

did you at least get the tough love achievment, i assume you saved everyone, so thats why i ask. also, did the message at the end or theresa the blind woman say something like you saved everyone or there were litterally no casualities or something

There is no ACTUAL count on how many people survived, but the point of having 6.5 million in the treasury when day 1 is at bay is to SAVE everyone. The producers underestimated how easy it is to make lots of gold.

IF you had 6.5 million, then you can be sure you saved as many as the game allowed you to.

    Yes it was.

You wanted to know how many you saved.

I told you how to figure it out.

If your treasury had 6.5 million LESS gold than it did before you started the battle, then YES, you saved them all.

in my first playthrough of the 360 version, i failed to raise the full 6.5 mill needed to save all the people of albion, by like 3.5 mill, oddly enough or maybe due to a glitch in the earlier version the game, they all came back like a week later, a week in real time not game time, making it all seem like a giant exercise in futility. The second playthrough I had raised more than 25 mill before i even dethroned Logan, still seemed like an exercise in futility, Logan just disappears for the entire game and only shows up at the end at walter's funeral. All the allies you gain to help you dethrone Logan are similarly absent throughout the game except for the one quest during the rebellion where you dethrone Logan, this in my opinion, makes it difficult to give a crap about keeping your promises to these people once you become king, i wish Lionhead would've spent a little more time on this part.
