Well, the storyline basically ends at that point, so I guess it really doesn't matter if you saved one or a million and one. Unless there is another achievement or something for killing everyone off that I haven't heard of.

getting that achievement means you saved all citizens (or at least the maximum amount possible)

Kind of a silly achievement really. The name assumes that you made evil choices in order to save everyone, when it's entirely possible to save everyone while making no evil decisions whatsoever by raising the money yourself.

if u hve 6.5 million in the treasery than you saved everyone. What i would like to know what happens when you kill Logan. been through the game twice now and i always hesitate in killing him thinking that i need him to defeat the invation, but you never see him until the end. also do you loose your angle wings at the end if you do?

I doubt it. You can make some evil decisions and still come out 100% positive morality. Killing Logan is counted as an evil decision, but it actually gains you respect with the populace if you kill him, and you lose some if you keep him alive.
