Fable 3 Message Board  

I've run through the trouble shooting guide, tried the different tricks listed here, but every time I go to start the trainer in my game, it freezes and I have to go in and close it out via the task manager. I am running the Steam version of the game, if that helps any.

I've tried just going in and running it from the launcher, instead of Steam, but it doesn't evidently recognize my save file and I have to start from scratch. So do I just swallow it and start over?

Any assistance is appreciated, even if it's just a swift kick to the head.

If you make a new version when a new patch comes out, can you include a way to open those Demon Doors WITHOUT have to have a partner or anything. Single players don't get to open some doors.

after giving yourself guild seals with the trainer, i dotn seem to be earnign them naturally anymore, im just wondering if this will affect upgrading some weapons that require you to earn certain amounts of seals doing certain things.

Im going to try using CoSMOS to reset my seals to 0, see if they start adding up again, it could jsut be that the xp bar bar that is used to earn seals is so far behind the amount i now have, it will be a while till i earn anymore

I wasnt able to completly reset my seals, but i took it down to 150, and the circualr xp bar aroudn the seals came back, and ive started earnign them back again.

@Maleficently -- sounds like something on your system is interfering with the trainer. Most likely AV, firewall or other security software. Disable/uninstall all of them. Right click and run as admin on the trainer.

You actually still earn them, the count just bugs out when you use the trainer. Limitation of the game it seems, not the trainer.

It just removes the gaining seals from killing monsters, you can still get them from quests and what not.

oh and the trainer could use an easy kill cheat for the guns to go with the super will and strength.

+1 and possibly a + Silver Keys or bypass the check to open chests?

Thank God for the trainer, as the gold in the game was driving me batty.
