Hi, I download the trainer for GOG and STEAM and both Zip files are empty with the only witcher2-readme.txt file in it. No exe file. Antivirus has set to OFF.
Appreciated if any help or way to get the trainer please.
Thank you
Confirmed, i will pass it on, thanks for reporting.
Hello, I have been trying to use the STEAM versions of this trainer and I have been having an issue. I start the game and activate the trainer at the main menu. I load my save and any option I press the trainer says activated but it will immediately close the game to desktop with no warning or error message. I have tried all the options and it does this for all of them EXCEPT the Oren option but it does not add Orens so it didn't help either. Things I have already tried I have disabled antivirus and firewall (although all the other trainers I have work so I do not think it is that) and
I am running the trainer in Admin and I have tried the ALT tab trick, I have tried both the STEAM 6.10 version and 5.10 versions of the trainers and I even tried the latest GOG one. It did not crash the game but it also didn't work which I didn't really think it would I just thought I should try everything before posting here. I would appreciate any advice on what I am doing wrong or if other people are having similar issues with the STEAM version. Oh and if it matters my game version is 3.4.4.1
So i assume you own the game on steam, so you would need to use the 2nd trainer on the trainers page.
Delete trainer and all files in
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90
Reboot PC to clear excess memory, get a fresh copy of latest trainer and
make sure trainer is in a folder excluded from virus scans. Empty quarantine folder if needed.

Okay, I tried this and the game still closes to desktop when I do any options. oddly enough there were no files in \Cheathappens\Work and \AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90 folders.
How do I access the trainer's debug file?
The newer trainers have a tab for it right on the trainer but I don't think there's one on that game as it's an older template.
Try looking for:
User Name / Cheathappens / Debug / Game Name
Try there and you should be able to open it with Notepad.
