Unsure about submitting the file or how that would work but I usually make it rather simple via a normal link and a site like Multiupload, here's the 1.35 exe if required.
Link (It's not entirely EULA complaint or such of course but it matters little, even less so since the exe is unmodified and also contains no DRM or other copy protection - even a simple disc check - since patch 1.2)
