Does anyone still have their witcher save games? If so, please share or post them for people like me. I thought I had them backup but apparently that was false, so now I have nothing to import with .
Edit: Nvm. I found a neutral/triss save that is almost like mine so good enough

I'd upload mine, but it's on my other machine. No clue what choices I made though; it was a while ago. Try playing it through without importing, then you can play it again and see what kind of changes importing a save makes.
You should really consider playing through The Witcher again though. There's something a little lacking when using someone elses save compared to one you've worked through yourself.

When I updated to Windows 7, I did a clean install, so I have no saved games. How important is it to have one saved?

Not that important. However, if you are looking for a full experience, then having a save game matters.
