Driv3r saved game

Can someone plz fix the driv3r saved game, as its in a ratio I can't use and I tried to change it and all i got was a green screen with some vertical red lines. my screen res is 1980X1020, the res in the saved game is some that make the menu appear in the middle of my screen instead of just off to the left.
