why is it European game developers all their games are stand alone specially their expansions? This game and all of the guild games are all standalone i dont get it anyways. they are always quite buggy for the north american users too. lol
needless to say past my complaining about it. i highly support them and love their work i bought mount and blade just to support them after i got war band never even playedit.

Perhaps they don't like to force their customers too much. Games like WoW where you need to buy all their expansions and the original game which is hardly visible save a few bosses and your characters, is pretty ridiculous.
Where I'm at, it'll cost you $146.97 including gst to get you caught up to Cataclysm. That's without buying time.

You can buy the Treasure Chest for cheap, Vanilla and Burning Crusade. Then Wrath of the Lich King is cheap also. So it's not really $146 :P
And with the quick leveling system etc now, you will be 85 in no time.
Oh and Don't forget some tuts on ASM and defeating DMA
